Agreed buffer time delays the chauffeur's airport arrival; the chauffeur will not be on airport standby before that buffer ends, and complimentary waiting then begins after the buffer. For example, a domestic arrival with an agreed 30-minute buffer has the chauffeur arrive 30 minutes after actual landing, followed by the 30-minute complimentary waiting period. Additional waiting after the applicable buffer and complimentary period costs $15 per 15 minutes.

**Finding the chauffeur at LAX.** Curbside Pickup and Meet & Greet are different arrangements; confirm which is reserved before travel. For curbside pickup, collect your bags and coordinate the terminal, level and pickup-column number with the chauffeur. For Meet & Greet, follow the arranged arrivals-hall meeting instructions.
